Qualification/Experience:
ESSENTIAL :
– F.A/F.sc from a HEC recognized institution with 3 years of relevant experience.
DESIRABLE :
– B.A/B.com/B.Sc with 5 years of relevant experience.
Required Skills:-
– Computer Skills
– Coordination skills
– Has relevant experience
– Good English Speaking Skills
– Good MS office Suit Skills
– Experience of clerical job
– Hospitality skills
Key Responsibilities:–
• Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Receiving and sorting daily mail
• Compiling reports of all facilities / systems installed at reception and forwarding them every month to reporting offr.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
• Maintains security by following procedures & monitoring logbook
• Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
• Any other duties as assigned by the management
