Qualification/Experience:
Essential:
– BS Computer Science / BS Information Technology / BS Computer Engineering / Software Engineering from a HEC recognized institution with 05 years of relevant experience
Or
– Master of Science (MS) in computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Software Engineering from a HEC recognized institution with 03 years of relevant experience
Desirable:
– BS Degree from a HEC recognized institution with 08 years of relevant experience.
Required Skills:-
– Proficiency with Campus Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, or similar platforms.
– Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, or similar educational platforms.
– Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and best practices for managing user data within the CMS.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels within the CMS/LMS.
• Ensure system security, stability, and performance through regular maintenance and updates.

• Provide training sessions and resources to users on how to effectively use the CMS/LMS platform.
• Offer ongoing support and assistance to users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly.
• Develop user guides, tutorials, and documentation to facilitate self-service and adoption.
• Integrate third-party tools and technologies with the CMS/LMS to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Customize the platform to meet specific organizational needs, such as branding, workflows, and reporting.
• Ensure seamless integration and interoperability with other systems and applications.
