At this time, we are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Continue to develop sales ties with current customers
- Locate and contact prospective customers
- Determine the needs of customers and recommend appropriate solutions and services
- Create sales pitches, proposals, presentations or other materials to demonstrate the advantages of using the company’s services
- Prepare and provide customers with quotes
- Create and manage sales contracts and keep track of customer information
- Consult with customers to fix issues and offer continuous post-sales assistance
- Develop and maintain the expertise to explain types of services, solution and packages to customers
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Evaluate market conditions and competitor activity
REQUIREMENTS:
- College or University Diploma
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Technical Sales Specialist, preferably in the IT industry
- Excellent English language skills
- Excellent organizational, customer service, and time management skills
- Able to build and cultivate superior relationships with internal and external contacts
- Outstanding communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT:
- $29.30 hourly for minimum of 35 hours work week
- Occasional overtime may be required for meeting critical deadlines. Overtime pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week and will be remunerated at one and a half time the regular pay rate
- Office location: 25 Edilcan Dr, Unit 5. Concord, ON L4K-3S4.
