Reporting to the Regional Cash Manager, this position supports Nestlé’s North American Treasury Operations team through cash management, Treasury systems support and integration of acquisitions, and enhancing controls.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Daily approval of domestic and international cash management and banking duties, including cash movements, cash positioning, monthly netting and FX transaction approvals.
- Research and resolve payment issues, banking platform management requests and other Treasury system-related requests or issues, collaborating across IT and Finance teams to drive resolution for the business.
- Support banking administration including, tracking, monitoring, and coordination; this also includes signatory administration, opening/closing bank accounts, fee negotiating and documentation.
- Oversee and execute of the Know Your Customer processes and documentation related to North American businesses.
- Oversee the North American Treasury Business Continuity Processes, including managing BCP exercises and continuous improvement of Treasury BCP.
- Support execution of acquisition integrations from a Treasury perspective, through the creation of bank account structures, system set up, and testing.
- Assist with developing solutions for operational improvements, automation, reporting, and other projects to fulfill technical requirements for the Treasury team.
- Prepare regular and adhoc reporting of Treasury results and continuously drive reporting improvements.
- Ensure compliance with written policies and procedures, including audit and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business, economics or related field
- 4 years of business experience in treasury, corporate finance, accounting or a related area
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business, economics or related field
- Global corporate treasury experience, including cash management experience, knowledge of US and international corporate banking services, payment networks and types (ACH, wire transfer, etc.), file transmissions, and lock box management.
- Experience opening/closing and integrating bank accounts into Treasury Management Systems and ERPs,
- Deep experience with Treasury Management Systems (i.e. Quantum and Wallstreet Systems), bank portals, payment systems, ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Bloomberg
- Familiarity with bank interface formats and technology, especially SWIFT, and BAI
- Ability to leverage systems or technology to automate processes
- CTP, CFA or MBA designation or progress toward completion preferred
