Business Area: Nestlé Canada Inc.
Location: North York, ON located at 25 Sheppard Ave W, North York, ON M2N 6S8; Hybrid

What to Expect:
You will be supporting the liaison between business users and IT product teams to sustain and continuously evolve Web Content Management and Analytics solutions against business needs. You will offer advice on best solutions to the local digital marketing business teams and influence IT product teams.

We collaborate with our business partners around the world to deliver standardized, integrated technology products and services to create tangible business value.

Understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Manage and track inventory of digital assets: web applications and reserved URLs.
Administer user management of Google Analytics consistent with Nestle Security & Compliance guidelines.
Collaborate with IT product teams and propose alternative solutions. Provide advice on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on other business processes.

Role Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent.
1-2 years of relevant business analysis in a relevant functional area.
Technical skills to understand, challenge and improve technologies and solutions.
Open to new challenges and ways of working.

Preferred Skills

Strong customer service track record.
Demonstrated competency in project participation and execution of multiple large projects.
Previous experience and strong skills with Drupal and Google Analytics.
