Selection Criteria:
Qualification: M.Sc (Geology) / BS (Geology).
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience with MSc Geology and BS Geology with 5 years of experience and knowledge of inspection, selection of best combination of construction material and have experience of supervising quality control throughout the construction and production process.
Job Description:
• Asphalt Mix Designs as per specifications.
• Ensure quality of material acquired from contractors / firms for Asphalt work.
• Ensure that the material fulfills specifications/quality standards.
• Arrange lab tests of Asphalt material at project base lab or AGP Lab.
• Timely demand of material on plants for Asphalt work.
• Ensure proper dispatching of material from plant to project site.
• Maintain record of lab test / project at AGP Lab.
• QA / QC of Asphalt plants for production of Asphalt as per specifications of client / consultant.
• Asphalt mix quality at sites by checking temp and visual analysis.
• Range commercial lab testing of bitumen and aggregates as per req of client / consultant.
• Coordination with QS for cost effective production & laying of Asphalt at sites.
