Selection Criteria:
Qualification: CA / ACCA / ACMA / MBA (Finance) / MS (Finance) / M.Com.
Experience: CA / ACCA / ACMA with 8 years of relevant experience. MBA (Finance) / MS (Finance) / M.Com / Masters in relevant field with 10 years of relevant experience.
Job Descriptions:
• Supervise Pre-Audit activities covering all types of payments made to contractor / supplier etc.
• Ensure that the expenditure is being sanctioned by Competent Authority as per delegation of financial powers.
• Ensure deduction of all taxes as per latest applicable / amended rules.
• Ensure that audit of Bank Guarantees is carried out on quarterly basis and proceedings are submitted to all concerned.
• Ensure that all advance payments are made according to approval of CFA.
• Ensure proper scrutiny of cash books, ledgers, cash requisition, cash recoupment etc.
• Ensure implementation of SOPs issued by HQ NLC and other relevant Government rules.
• Report any serious fin irregularities immediately to seniors and respective SBU Commanders.
