Roles & Responsibilities:
We are in search of an individual to take on the role of Food and Beverage Operations, responsible for overseeing the operations of our Entertainment Outlets. , you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of food and beverage outlets within the organization. This role involves ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maximizing revenue, and maintaining high standards of service. The position holder will play a key role in driving the success and growth of the food and beverage division .
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with guests, seeking feedback, and promptly resolving any issues to enhance the overall dining Experience and foster positive relationships with customers.
- Oversee all food and beverage operations, guaranteeing the utmost guest satisfaction and maintaining Exceptional quality standards.
- Train and manage the food and beverage staff to maintain a high level of service and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships, striving for cost-effectiveness and procuring the finest products.
- Actively seek guest feedback and respond promptly to their needs , fostering a culture of exceptional service and guest-centricity.
- Oversee the training and management of the food and beverage team, ensuring they excel in service delivery and follow rigorous hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Foster close collaboration with the culinary team to innovate and refine menus, staying ahead of trends and delivering delightful dining experiences to patrons.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of current food and beverage trends, industry standards, and health regulations is vital to ensuring compliance and delivering high-quality offerings.
- The selected candidate must have a proven track record of devising and implementing innovative strategies that enhance guest dining experiences and boost revenue.
- We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, allowing them to interact seamlessly with suppliers, vendors, internal stakeholders, and maintain exemplary customer relations.
- The ideal candidate should possess a track record of successfully analyzing financial reports, controlling costs, and creating budgets to optimize profitability and uphold exceptional service standards.
- A prerequisite for this role is an extensive understanding of current food and beverage trends, industry standards, and health regulations, enabling the Food and Beverage Manager to uphold compliance and deliver outstanding offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior management role within the food and beverage industry.
