Faculty Title:
Assistant Manager Channel Planning
Job Purpose:
- To work on channel planning and development of North region while ensuring regular reporting, data availability, franchise and retail promos, BDOs, RSOs and franchise score cards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting on channel enablers, subscriber base, bundles and quality parameters of gross adds
- Ownership of performance review meetings, with end-to-end handling of evaluations and identification of gap areas
- PBC, BDO scorecard, RSO scorecard, RD KPIs and any other KPIs regular visibility and timely disbursement to relevant stakeholders
- Promo performance reviews and identifying areas of improvement
- Maintaining data bank of North for all KPIs at all levels
- Develop expertise in COGNOS and ensure availability of data from DWH for all departmental stakeholders
- Regular in-depth analysis on key areas to help North management in strategic decision making
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:
- Minimum bachelors from any HEC recognized university

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Skills – Job Specific:
- Expert level knowledge of telecom sales, channels and KPIs
- Intermediate level knowledge of other commercial areas – bundles, churn, cell-site level stats, daily active stats
- Expert knowledge on MSTR
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Database management and reporting automation
