Abacus Global invites applications for Accounts Executive in Islamabad, Pakistan

Our client, Islamabad based Energy Company in Pakistan seeks to induct qualified and experienced professionals for the position.

Accounts Executive

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Shortlisting will be conducted on the basis of qualification and relevant experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for Test / Interview.

  • Client reserves the right to withdraw/terminate the hiring process at any stage without assigning any reason.

  2. Copy of Testimonials, i.e:
    •  HEC Verified Education Degrees
    •  Experience Certificates
    • Qualification Certificates
      • Academic degrees must be from a HEC recognized University / Institution recognized. In case of an international degree, equivalency certificate from HEC will be required.
  3. CNIC Copy

Key Accountabilities:

Operations:

  • Manage records and receipts.
  • Process invoices and maintain efficient system of filling.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Periodic Reconciliation of Transactions
  • Keep track of Accounts Payable & Receivables
  • Prepare and maintain schedules of prepayments and accrual.
  • Draft balance sheets and other financial statements for onward review of Supervisor
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement in company procedures. 

Qualifications:

          Minimum: 16 years of Education with Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance or an ACA/ACMA/ACCA.

Experience:

          Minimum: 03 years of relevant post qualification experience in Finance / Accounts domain in international, government, semi-government or large commercial organizations of repute.

Age:Maximum 35 years on closing date of applications.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
