Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Providing expert advice and assistance to clients in the visa application process.
- Assisting clients in gathering and preparing the necessary documentation for visa applications.
- Ensuring compliance with visa regulations and guidelines.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in visa policies and procedures.
- Researching and evaluating visa options for clients based on their specific needs.
- Preparing and submitting visa applications on behalf of clients.
- Following up with immigration authorities to track the progress of visa applications.
- Resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the visa application process.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of client interactions and visa applications.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate
- At least 2 years of experience working as a visa consultant.
- Knowledge of visa regulations and procedures for multiple countries.
- Experience working with diverse clients and understanding their unique needs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex visa requirements to clients.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language.
