Livestock & Dairy Development (Diamer-Astore Division) looking applications for vacant posts in Gilgit (Nov-2023)

Applications are invited for recruitment/appointment against the following regular/permanent vacant posts in Livestock & Dairy Development Department District Astore.

Faculty Titles:

• Livestock Assistant (BPS 09)
• Chowkidar (BPS-01)

Note:

• n case a candidate wants to apply for more than one post he/she must submit separate application for each post.
• Age limit will be according to the policy of Government of Gilgit-Baltistan.
• Government Employees should apply through proper channel and produce original NOC at the time of interview.
• In case of any deficient, false or misleading information, the candidate will be responsible for its outcome and his/her candidature/selection will be cancelled at any stage even after the test/selection.
• Application received after last date, will not be entertained & shall stand ineligible.
• Increase or decrease in the number of posts is possible.
• Disable/women quota will be observed as per Govt. policy. Incomplete application shall not be entertained.
• In case of any change, will be communicated through corrigendum in Dally local newspaper.
• Only short-listed candidates shall be called for test/interview.
• The short-listed candidates must produce their original documents during test/interview.
• Interview for the post of Chowkidar (BPS-01) will be held on 22-11-2023 in the office of Deputy Director Livestock District Astore.
• Written test for the post of Livestock Assistant (BPS-09) will be held on 24-11-2023 in District Astore.
• The Livestock & Dairy Development, Department Diamer-Astore Division reserve the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
• Contingent Paid Staff (CPS) will be given preference for the post of Chowkidar and those can apply for the post of Chowkidar who live in a distance of five kilometers from the veterinary dispensary.
• No TA/DA will be given for the test/interview.
