About the role:
As AM Digital Products you will be involved in developing new digital products as per the market demands along with managing the current products portfolio. You will also get the opportunity to interact with key international player in the digital space ( Primarily global OTTs ) along with local platform owners and content creators, for the purpose of partnerships.

Your Impactful Goals will include:
- Be a custodian of Digital Products road map with key focus on developing and maintaining the right product mix
- Deliver on KPIs pertaining to profitability, business sustainability, cash flows & customer delight
- End-to-End Process Management pertaining to Partner management, Product management and P&L Management
- Ensure compliance with Telenor’s regulations.
Your Typical Day of work will include:
- Ownership & management of portfolio performance KPI’s : Base development, ARPU uplift, Revenue, Acquisitions, engagement, Churn, CLTV and Engagement
- Developing the right international & local strategic partnerships that can enable leveraging of Telenor’s scale/network to capitalize on the available market opportunities.
- Create avenues for increasing awareness of products and services with focus on Brand Building
- Internal & External Stakeholder management, along with leading negotiations to achieve divisional and organizational targets
- Design and implement new business models to catalyze growth & profitability
Your Career Path:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or an MBA
What we’re looking for?
Work experience:
- At least 2 – 5 years of experience in the Digital Product Management or Telecom VAS domain.
- Experience in digital product development & management
- Experience working within the technology industry/start-up environment is highly desirable
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
- Experience of P&L management
- Growth Mindset with experience of launching and growing digital products
- Understanding and experience of sale of digital products via non-digital channels will be a plus
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with strong grip on numbers
- Strong Product Marketing, Digital Marketing & Branding knowledge
- Knowledge of digital products and consumer behaviors
