Job Description:
Key Account Manager – Kanoo Logistics
The Role:
Maintaining excellent relations in Key Account customers and ensuring 100% satisfaction. Increase business volume with existing clients and generate fresh accounts to exceed KPI.
Responsibilities:
- Increase business volume and profitability for existing customers,
- Focal point for VIP customers.
- Overall observe the efficiency of the Key Account In-charges and getting their parallel reporting.
- Function as Head of Freight Forwarding Department (Imports).
- Make a bridge between Sales and Operations to serve the customer promptly.
- Bad-debts collections on demand.
- Give personal attention to Kanoo Family initiated leads.
- Support Sales and Operation Heads in business leads and related discussions.
- Super-user for IT and implementation.
- Daily reporting to COO on Business opportunities and Operation challenges.
- Monitor market trends and develop opportunities, especially from Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu, SABIC, etc.
- Nominated as one of the Champions in Kanoo Logistics for YBA Kanoo Compliance matters.
- Support Group Communications management on participating events, advertisement-related matters, etc.
Skills:
- Sales/ Account Management experience in the Logistics industry is mandatory for this position
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Preferred Logistics diploma
- Proven experience in Sales/ Account Management in the Logistics industry of at least 3 to 5 years
- Proficient in communicating in English and Arabic
- Technical knowledge of the Logistics/ Freight forwarding business
- Pricing knowledge
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Problem solving in all aspects.
