UX / UI Project Lead
Responsibilities:

- Generate and share knowledge, inspiring the team through design tools and methodologies.

- Analyze and understand client needs and objectives, transforming them into innovative and scalable solutions.
- Manage and develop projects autonomously.
- Work with empathy to fully grasp client needs and circumstances.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience Required:
- Over 5 – 10 years of experience managing complex projects and coordinating the work of UX/UI Designers.
- Proficient in design methodologies such as the process of service design, design thinking, system thinking, and design futures, with hands-on experience in their application
- Worked as a Designer before transitioning to a Project Lead role
- Manage day-to-day delivery of the projects or any request from the client
- Previously worked in a Design House or Consulting entity serving BFSI clients
