Synopsis:
Reporting to the Manager Training Facilities & Administration, the Training Coordination Officer is responsible for ensuring administrative logistics are arranged in line with training operations requirements.
Accountabilities:
Coordinate with Training Planning and Training Delivery team and ensure the trainees records are maintained.
Coordinate with the Training Planning team to ensure the classrooms are allocated based on requirements.
Manage and track the building access for all training customers.
Coordinate with various departments and provide logistical support for classroom training sessions and manage any ad hoc or last-minute changes/cancellations.
Coordinate with the onsite IT, housekeeping and maintenance team for any training facilities concerns.
Ensure the daily readiness and checks are carried out for all the training rooms.
Ensure the training material and supplies are available and inventory is maintained.
Process the Duty Travel bookings for EAT staff.
Support in developing online workspaces and processes related to training logistics.
Education & Experience:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a business administration function, or similar discipline;
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration role, preferably in aviation industry.
