Job Description:
- Assist senior consultants in configuring SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support the implementation of system enhancements and updates, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SuccessFactors.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to SuccessFactors applications.
- Assist in conducting system testing and validation to ensure system readiness and data integrity.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training materials and workshops for end-users on SuccessFactors functionality.
- Stay informed about the latest updates and features in SuccessFactors and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Previous experience with SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems is a plus but not required.
- Certifications in SuccessFactors modules are desirable.
