Faculty Title:
Trade Visibility Manager
Job Purpose:
- This role involves executing trade marketing operations about trade development, merchandising & visibility, and sales promotions to ensure adequate brand visibility.
Job Responsibilities:
Trade Development:
- Ensure that correct POP (Point of Purchase) data is fed into the system through random authentication checks in the markets with help from the S&D team.
- Execution of regional BTL plan in alignment with HQ plans & Strategies.
- Coordination and communication of product, price, and pack-related changes to the Trade Marketing team.
- Arrangement of retailers’ training for new products/package launches while coordinating with Admin/Training and S&D team.
- Planning, arranging and distributing giveaways to develop long-lasting trade relationships.
Merchandising and Visibility:
- Execution of annual merchandising plan.
- Responsible for permanent on-store/in-store branding and merchandising like shop fascias /Canopies/availability signs/ window graphics/counter branding, Franchise branding, etc – creating a touch point for the brand.
- Out-of-home visibility through wall branding and identification/development of low-cost and quality branding opportunities.
- Assess temporary merchandising material quantity and arrangement of desired quantity, and further prepare a plan for POSM distribution to the S&D team.
- Responsible for effective utilization of POSM by Merchandisers and ensuring Merchandiser’s placements at Franchise as per agreed SOP.
- Keep track of all the utilized and in-stock POSMs.
- Training and Development of Merchandisers to ensure a high degree of visibility.
- Develop KPIs setting and monitoring mechanisms for the merchandisers in consultation with S&D teams.
- Ensure quality and timely execution of all trade marketing activities by the vendors.
- Develop a mechanism of check and balance for the distribution of Giveaways to end users and retailers.
- Owning responsibility for the execution of all regional programs designed to increase presence.
Sales Promotions:
- Planning and developing all localized sales promotion activities in consultation with local S&D teams.
- Owning responsibility for the execution of all regional programs designed to increase sales.
- Setting and agreeing on the KPIs and critical deliverables for the Sales promotion activities with the local S&D teams.
- Post-evaluation of the activation against the set KPIs and deliverables.
- Communication and sign-off of all the agreed sales promotion plan with HQ after approval from RD.
- Arrangement of budgets/POS and other support material for the smooth execution of the sales promotion activities.
- Execution, Monitoring, and evaluation of Vendors’ performance for the localized and national Sales promotion plan.
- Audit of Sales activities
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:
- A minimum Bachelor in Business Administration or relevant disciplines is required. Candidates with an MBA degree will be preferred.
