Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and effectively communicate the benefits of the product or service being offered.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through active listening and probing techniques.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis by effectively managing leads and closing sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports and updates to management.
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position the company’s offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with customers.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven track record of success in tele sales or a similar sales role.
- Experience in the industry of the product or service being sold is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in sales.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
