Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Technical Support Admin to join our dynamic team. As an IT Technical Support
Admin, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to AAM employees in HO as well as Remote locations,
ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and resolving technical issues promptly. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot a variety of technical problems. The
candidate must have the Qatar Driving license in order to move from one place to the other and provide assistance as and where required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users across various locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of remote workstations and devices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone, Teams, email, or remote desktop tools.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT personnel when necessary.
- Document and track support requests to ensure timely resolution
- Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting for hardware-related problems and coordinate with vendors for repairs or replacements.
- Provide guidance and training to remote users on IT tools, applications, and best practices.
- Create and update user documentation for common issues and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures for remote access.
- Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard remote systems and data.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding ongoing support activities.
- Proven experience as an IT Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
