Job Title:
Technical Recruiter – BPO
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract potential candidates against the assigned jobs/requisitions by utilizing various channels such as job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, referrals etc.
- Screen and qualify potential candidates’ technical skills, experience, and candidacy for the jobs.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Being on a constant lookout for talented candidates by developing and maintaining a pipeline.
- Achieving daily/weekly/monthly submission targets and maintaining the required submittal to Interview/Placement ratio.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, notes and progress in the ATS.
- Collaborate with the relationship manager(s) and candidates for interview scheduling, preps and further to quicker response time on the assigned jobs.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment procedures within the organization.
- Uphold ethical conduct and maintain confidentiality in handling candidate and company information.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in international recruitment, US region will be preferred.
- Proficiency in US Recruitment Processes and Terms including ATS, VISA Types, Job Boards etc. (Monster, Dice, LinkedIn etc.).
- Thorough understanding of Boolean Search and recruitment technologies, Software/IT and other industries.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, not hesitant to speak over the phone.
- Street smart and to-do attitude, solutions-based approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills and aptitude.
- Willingness and comfortability to work in the US Timings (5:30 PM onwards).
