A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Execute health checks on master data to ensure correctness, recency and completeness
- Validate transport scheduling and load execution across multiple sites to ensure efficient planning
- Maintain freight rate tables in coordination with the supply chain controls team to ensure correct and timely vendor invoice processing
- Lead the daily operational review for T-Hub team to drive tactical and strategic alignment
- Tracking & analyzing vehicle capacity utilization(VCU) to maximize efficient usage of freight capacity
- Coordinate with Customer Supply Chain on ordering VCU and payload optimization
- Identify improvement opportunities in transport lanes and vehicle size split to reduce variable costs
- Monitor and strengthen usage of T-Hub tools to bring efficiency in operations and planning
- Collaborate with Transport Safety team and cross functionally on safety and usage of transit safety observations
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?
- Over a sustained period (1-2 years) has demonstrated success in ensuring supply through correct and timely procurement transactions such as SAP contracts and purchase orders but not call offs.
- Has demonstrated the ability to understand purchase requestors’ needs (factory planners, requestors in e.g. marketing, HR) and support fulfillment on a transactional basis.
