Nespresso worldwide since its launch has enjoyed growth year on year. Our ambitions for coming years are sky high. Currently we are looking for Supply Chain Analyst with the mission to:
Guarantee efficient operations for inbound and outbound warehouse activities, finding the best balance between service level, pick & pack and warehousing costs and Working closely with 3PL to achieve Nespresso needs.
A Day in the Life of a Supply Chain Analyst:
Drive the Supply Chain:
• Manage the Order-to-Cash end-to-end process
• Manage the delivery services to have the best flow
• Report and follow up of the WH Claims in order to detect gaps and closed those gaps
• Be the first contact with 3PL and the link between 3PL and Nespresso
• Solve daily issues with any pending orders for all channels
• Detect proactively current needs and improvements to activate requirements on time
• Assure 3PL´s processes according to Nespresso guidelines
• Track performance monthly (Service Level – Claims – Backlog )
• Follow-up Trade and BTQs orders to guarantee deliveries with no mistake (liaise with 3PL)
• Responsible monitoring the Inventory Management process, which is executed by the 3PL.
• Be the contact point of CRC, solving 2nd level deliveries issues (the ones not solved by the Club) related to pick and pack errors.
• Follow-up on all Supply Chain complaints, analyzing root causes and following-up on action plans
• Align the Non-Conforming goods management procedure to the Nespresso Guidelines
• Follow up of incoming shipments to assure proper unloading and container or truck release
• Assure implementation of SHE best practices within warehouse operation
• Responsible for Quality in Warehouse and Audits related to the warehouse activity
Third Party Management:
• Be the contact between Nespresso and 3PL site Manager
• Effectively manage Third Party Providers and Service Level Agreements by monitoring interactions and comparing actual performance with pre-defined expectations, identifying potential problems, and determining appropriate actions to mitigate risks and ensure quality
• Monitor ways of working of Third Parties to ensure that it is in line with the Nespresso brand purpose and in compliance with local regulations and Nestlé standards and policies
• Drive improvement and innovation development opportunities in the services delivered by Third Party Providers, and collaborate effectively with Third Party Providers to realize said improvement or innovation
• Provide input to procurement based on expertise and requirements prior to signing contracts and Service Level Agreements with Third Parties
• Responsible for Quality in Warehouse and Audits related to the warehouse activity
• Assure implementation of SHE best practices within warehouse operation
• Responsible for inventories performance
• Keep track of Bad Goods costs and liaise with all areas to understand root-cause and define an action plan to solve issues
What will make you successful:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering
• Previous experience in Last Mile Delivery
• Previous experience in Warehouse Operation
• Previous experience in managing customs/imports (Saber & SFDA) is a plus
