The National Logistics Corporation previously known as the National Logistics Cell is a Pakistani logistics company working under the overall umbrella of National Logistics Board headed by Federal Minister for Planning, Development & Special Initiatives with secretaries of relevant federal ministries as its members. It is one of the largest logistics company in Pakistan.
Its purpose is crisis management and logistics emergence on short notice for the Pakistan Government and provides state-emergency level management services to the government.

Selection Criteria:
Qualification: BSc (Civil Engineering) / B.Tech (Civil) / DAE (Civil).
Experience: BSc (Civil Engineering) with 2-3 years experience. B.Tech (Civil) with 4-5 years experience. DAE (Civ), 6 years experience.
Job Descriptions:
• To assist QS / AQS in preparation estimates, BOQs PC-1s, Drawing / specifications and CA documents.
• To ensure correctness of rates and 100% checking of all bills.
• To check / verify 100% measurement of MBs.
• To ensure execution of all works as per specifications / Drawings through site visits and handing over the completed works.
• To carry out market survey for NSI, rates and preparation of composite rates.
• To check variation claims and final adjustment of bills.
• Tech check of financial effect deviation orders and amendments of contract with client / contract.
• Pricing of tender document.
• Comparison / analysis of sublet / labour rates etc.
• Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
• Allocating work to subcontractors.
• Follow the SOPs issued by HQ NLC issued from time to time.
