Sr. Finance Officer
Job Purpose:
- The role involves assistance to the team over tax compliances and operations under the laws
Job Responsibilities:
- Requesting Monthly Tax Reports from different departments and extraction from portals.
- Preparation and verification of Sales Tax Input Register invoice by invoice.
- Preparation, Verification of sales tax on imports with GDs on Tax Authorities portals and preparing reconciliation on monthly basis.
- Verification of Monthly Sales Tax input on STRIVE (FBR & PRA)
- Preparation of Franchise Commission province wise.
- Province wise uploading of Sales Tax data on Tax Authorities Portal.
- Coordination with Payable department for timely approvals and Sales Tax Payments.
- Maintaining Tax Database for providing Sales Tax Withholding Certificates.
- Keeping proper record of Scanned Sales Tax Invoices and other relevant data.
- Visits to banks, TAX offices, Auditor’s offices for tax related matters.
- Preparation of PSIDs and follow-up with bank for CPR clearance.
- Assisting in letter replies and providing relevant information to the Tax Authorities on demand.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):Education:
- BBA/MBA Finance or ACCA/CA Finalist
Work Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience

- Dedicated, willing to work over time, travel as and when required
Skills – Job Specific:
- Knowledge of Sales Tax related compliance in Federal and Provinces
- Broad view of Sales tax /FED/ Provincial sales tax laws
- Understanding and knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power point and ERP
