China Mobile Pakistan (CMPak) is a 100% owned subsidiary of China Mobile Communications Corporation. The pioneering overseas set up of China Mobile came through acquisition of a license from Millicom to operate a GSM network in Pakistan. Taken over in 2007 with a market share of only 2%, Zong has seen exponential growth in the last few years to increase it by 10 folds to about 20%. Currently, CMPak engages in the provision of cellular mobile voice and data services to the Pakistani market through 2G, 3G and 4G technologies.

Sr. Executive Channel Planning
Job Purpose:
- This role entails developing all business critical reports and systems in S & D and applying analytical skills to identify and report any grey areas with retail development and expansion projects
Job Responsibilities:
- Devising and setting Gross addition/FCA and loading retailer channel expansion and active BVS devices targets for sales teams in accordance with company objectives
- Devising and setting KPI’s for sales teams to ensure the productivity of the retail channel
- Development of BDO and RSO channel and KPI management ·
- End to end responsibility of designing and executing gross add/FCA related trade promotions for the Sales Channel
- Independent Market Intelligence of all the sales channels to monitor sales performance ·
- Design commission mix for channel (Franchise/retailer)
- Monitoring Channel Partner activities in relation to company SOP’s and ensuring compliance
- Constant coordination with the regional teams for Target Follow-up, Training of Sales Staff, and New type product Launch with respect to acquisition etc
- Managing all on-going projects related to channel development to get deliverable timely
- Reporting analysis and identification of grey areas for business improvement Knowledge of MFS business will be added advantage
- Pre/Post Analysis of Channel Commissions & ROI Analysis of Channel Partners
- BVS Operations
- RSO Level Reporting and Analysis
- Stock Planning ,Deployment & Audits
- Sales & Channel Commission tracking and follow-ups.
- Grey Areas identifications.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):Education:
- A minimum Bachelor’s degree. Candidates with MBA will be preferred.
Work Experience:
- 3 years of relevant working experience
