Job Title:
Sr. Contract Administrator
Position available at multiple locations
Keller KSA is looking for a Sr. Contract Administrator based in Neom, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Review contracts, negotiate, prepare contractual correspondences and mitigate the risks involved in the projects prior sign-off
– Having cross functioning role with the Procurement Manager for the key suppliers’ agreements
– Liaise with subcontractors in terms of payments, variations and any other commercial activities on-site.
– Directly correspond with Finance department for all projects regarding Advance/Performance Bond requirements
– Timely invoicing and coordination with customers’ commercial team/QS ensuring timely cashflow.
– Address variations and claims; follow–up for payments, claim retentions and acquire Acceptance certificates.
– Perform re-measures and consolidate into BOQ lumpsum costs
Qualification and Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying
– Minimum 8 years of experience in Contracts management; 4 years’ experience in Middle East
– Should be based in KSA and readily available in-country
