Synopsis:

The Manager Social Media Influencer Management is responsible for developing and managing relationships with social media influencers and celebrities to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring that our brand and Marketing narrative and objectives are consistently communicated through influencer partnerships and collaborative content.

The Social Media Influencer Management is comprehensive, involving strategic planning, relationship building, and campaign execution to leverage influencer marketing as a key component of our social media strategy

Accountabilities:

  • Influencer Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with Etihad’s brand goals and objectives. Identify and onboard suitable influencers that align with our brand values and target audience. Assist in developing and managing influencers calendars that align with business priorities and influencer schedules.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies. Manage the creation and delivery of influencer content, ensuring high-quality and on-brand messaging.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and key industry contacts. Negotiate contracts and manage influencer partnerships to maximize ROI.
  • Content Coordination: Collaborate with influencers to generate engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and vlogs. Ensure that all influencer-generated content adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs. Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Market Trends and Insights: Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and influencer marketing. Provide insights and recommendations based on industry trends to enhance influencer strategies.
  • Event Support: Support influencer activities during events and activations, ensuring smooth coordination and real-time content generation.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with in-house and external creatives to craft visually engaging videos and images with influencers that are social first and align with Etihad’s brand and visual identity. 
  • Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that align with the brand’s voice and engage audiences across various social channels. 
  • Internal Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the Social Media Managers and the leadership to ensure all influencer-related projects are delivered on time and meet the desired objectives and KPIs in alignment with marketing campaigns and Etihad related events.

Education & Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a global social or digital agency, or in-house at a major brand.
  • Influencer Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Influencers management with a strong background in strategy, planning and execution.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in project management and working with agencies and external partners.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Industry Knowledge: Background in aviation, travel, tourism, or lifestyle is preferable
