Position Overview:

As the Crypto Growth Manager, your role is pivotal in steering the success of the 3.0 Verse bot trading and digital asset platform within the dynamic crypto market. You will be tasked with crafting and implementing growth-oriented strategies, targeting diverse investor segments including MIBs, IBs, Fund Managers, EA providers, Signal providers, Affiliate Marketing, Influencers, MAM, and PAMM investors Crypto-specific growth experience and familiarity with the blockchain industry and ecosystem are essential.

Business Development and Growth Strategies
Partnership Development for Crypto Assets
Optimizing Sales Processes for Digital Asset Platforms
IB Acquisition and Management in Crypto Assets
Crypto Marketing Expertise Utilization
Daily Operation Management

Skills:

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in crypto sales and marketing with a focus on growth.
Strong understanding of the crypto market and diverse investor segments.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing growth-oriented marketing and sales strategies.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and optimize sales processes for growth.
Experience in managing Introducing Brokers and forming strategic partnerships.
Proficiency in daily and monthly reporting to top management.
Knowledge of daily operational management in the crypto industry.
