Service Quality Consultant
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s from an HEC recognized institute/university
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of Banking and Customer Service experience
Responsibilities:
- Conduct branch visits to evaluate service performance against established standards.
- Serve as a Service Ambassador, assisting branches in delivering service excellence.
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and policies to enhance the overall customer experience.
