Meezan Bank Limited, Pakistan’s leading Islamic bank, operating with a network of more than 1000 branches in over 330 cities across the country, is seeking applications from individuals meeting the following criteria:

Faculty Title:

Service Quality Consultant

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s from an HEC recognized institute/university

Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years of Banking and Customer Service experience

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct branch visits to evaluate service performance against established standards.
  • Serve as a Service Ambassador, assisting branches in delivering service excellence.
  • Identify areas for improvement in processes and policies to enhance the overall customer experience.
