Job Title:
Senior UX / UI Designer
Responsibilities:
- Develop digital products by translating the user’s vision and aligning with business requirements.
- Implement the digital product through various UX design phases, including information architecture, navigation models, screen flows, prototyping, and interaction design. Propose functionalities for each screen while adhering to usability principles.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, such as SEO experts, metrics analysts, and front-end developers, to ensure the feasibility and optimal results of proposed solutions.
- Document work clearly and systematically to support technological development.
- Efficiently use wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Articulate, defend, and justify your work in internal and external forums, working closely with clients.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 4 – 6 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, designing native apps, web, and other devices for e-commerce or e-learning products.
- Amazing online portfolio.
- Ability to understand business requirements and user needs and transform them into functional design proposals.
- Hands-on design expert, shaping the concept and seeing it through to detailed Interface design and implementation across a variety of devices and platforms.
- Be an expert in the development of responsive designs and navigable prototypes
- Have management skills and communication with the client
- Know how to work with Design Systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Previously worked with a Consulting or Design House entity serving BFSI clients
