Senior Sales – CFD and Forex Trading
Location: Dubai
Salary: 25k AED plus commissions
Role: Seeking an experienced Senior Sales professional for a financial brokerage specializing in FX and CFDs.
Responsibilities:
- Business development for retail and professional clients in MENA.
- Maximize revenue and strengthen existing relationships.
- Achieve annual sales quotas, lead generation, and conversion.
- Client acquisition, retention, and onboarding strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and events.
- Set budgets for sales and marketing expenditure.
- Product coverage includes FX pairs, Indices, Commodities, Equities.
- Monitor market trends and share insights with the product teams.
Qualifications and Experience:
- University degree in finance or related fields.
- 5+ years of sales experience in FX & CFD brokerage.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Ideally with a transportable client base.
- Familiarity with MetaTrader 4 and 5 and PXM aggregator.
- Leadership skills with knowledge of FCA and FSA regulations.
