Eligibility:
- MBA / CFA from an HEC-recognized institute/university.
Experience:
- Minimum three years of experience in sell-side equity research/ buy-side equity research/ corporate finance/investment banking.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of potential equity investments.
- Evaluate market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments to identify investment opportunities.
- Develop detailed financial models to forecast the performance of potential investments.
- Monitor and assess the performance of existing strategic investments, providing regular updates and reports.
- Conduct periodic reviews and risk assessments of the strategic investment portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, risk management, and legal teams, to ensure thorough due diligence and compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in financial markets and investment strategies.
Skills Required:
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis software and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
