Job Description:

Synopsis:

Lead the implementation of the divisional strategy to ensure alignment with Etihad’s corporate strategy and manage the Corporate Security Team in its service delivery on a daily basis and ensure compliance with all regulatory authorities to maintain a secure EY facilities and properties environment within UAE and outstations.

Accountabilities:

1. Design and implement policies, procedures, and strategies of Corporate Security with high standard and ensure compliance to EAG and all regulatory authorities.
2. Establish auditing and inspection protocols to assess, identify, and mitigate any security vulnerabilities or gaps.
3. Oversee the daily Corporate Security Operations and ensure duties are performed: physical security, CSMC, CVPM, CSISS, and associated systems to ensure adherence to policies and regulation to maintain a secure EY facilities and properties environment within UAE and outstation (where applicable).
4. Manage, train and mentor all in-house security staff and ensure the development of a strong corporate security culture to be able to develop and communicate security team goals, priorities, and efficiencies to ensure outstanding performance.
5. Provide a high-level monthly report to discuss and escalate concerns to VP and Chief to support decision-making, as required.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with acquired specialization skills in performance analysis and business support
• 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role and relevant field
• Experience in dealing with NCEMA (National Crisis Emergency Management Authority), police, state security and other local/national entities
• Knowledge and experience of physical security, CSMC, CVPM, CSISS, and associated systems required
