BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute visual designs that align with brand and marketing objectives.
- Create and design visual content for digital, print and multimedia mediums.
- Develop and present design concepts.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Ensure that all design work aligns with the brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive visual identity across various platforms.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Stay abreast on industry trends, design tools, and technologies, and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects.
- Conduct quality checks on deliverables to maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum bachelor degree in graphic design/multimedia/art or related field from a reputable institution
- 3~5 years of related work experience.
- Strong understanding of latest design software; Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premier, Adobe After effects, 3D Max or similar tools.
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
