Faculty Title:
Senior Executive Human Resources
This position reports to the Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition and is responsible for the effective delivery of a recruitment function to support the talent needs of the Institute. The role is primarily responsible for the overall management and best practice of recruitment services and onboarding of staff and faculty. The individual will be required to explore and propose innovative technology-based recruitment solutions that are competitive and aligned with the recruitment strategy.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist in preparing Human Resources Hiring Plan in order to ensure future hiring needs.
· Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications, as and when necessary.
· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job sources.
· Schedule, organize and conduct interviews, written assessments and presentations using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
· Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
· Verify applicants credentials, documents and conducting reference checks.
· Respond to recruitment-related queries.
· Identify new recruitment sources for improving talent pools.
· On-board new employees in order for them to become fully integrated, organize and conduct orientation sessions for new joiners.
· Verify and file experience and educational certificates for new hires.
· Coordinate pre-employment medical tests to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
· Ensure the creation of ERP profiles, email IDs, system logins, and management of employee files.
· Coordinate logistics to ensure a seamless first-day experience for new employees.
· Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
· Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
· Help your supervisor in promoting Institute’s reputation as “best place to work.”
· Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
The incumbent should have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field from an HEC recognized university/institute with minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar capacity.
