Faculty Title:
Senior Executive Design & Solutions, People Development – CEE(PB)
The incumbent would play a crucial role in supporting the Manager, Design & Solutions, in developing and delivering high-quality executive education programs. He/She will be responsible for a variety of tasks throughout the program lifecycle, contributing to the overall success of the offerings.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Program Development & Support: Work collaboratively with the Manager D&S to research, design, and develop program content for open enrollment programs, workshops, diplomas, post-graduate diplomas, and corporate governance programs.
- Faculty Management: Assist the Manager D&S in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding subject matter experts. Liaise with faculty to gather materials and ensure timely delivery of program content.
- Participant Coordination: Assist with managing the pre-program experience for participants, including registration, logistical arrangements, and pre-reading materials.
- Proposal Writing: Contribute to the development of compelling program proposals by researching client needs and drafting relevant program sections.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager D&S, which may include market research, competitor analysis, and administrative tasks related to program delivery.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- The incumbent shall have at least bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, or relevant field from an HEC recognized university/institute.
- At least 2 years experience in designing and delivering executive education programs, preferably..
