Senior Consultant Microsoft Dynamics Functional
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules, customizing them to meet client-specific business needs and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Gather client requirements, perform gap analysis, recommend process improvements, and manage project timelines and resources.
- Train and support end-users on Dynamics 365 functionalities, create documentation and user manuals, and oversee data migration activities.
- Optimize supply chain processes using Dynamics 365 capabilities, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with extensive experience in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
- Proven track record in consulting, implementing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 solutions, with strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with experience in data migration and process optimization. Dynamics 365 certification preferred.
