- Troubleshooting:
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and document issues and faults with infrastructure systems and services supported by the team.
- Perform root cause analysis for service interruptions and implement preventive measures.
- Security and Compliance:
- Implement and manage security measures to protect data and applications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Automation and Optimization:
- Develop and implement automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
- Optimize cloud resources to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with development teams to support application deployment and maintenance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
