Senior Business Development Executive – FinTech – SaaS – Riyadh
Description:
You must be a Technical Business Development Executive, experienced in selling SaaS Solutions to large-scale clients in a fast-paced, startup culture.
Reporting to the Senior Business Development Director, you will be responsible for generating revenue with the business’ product line, selling these to Enterprise markets which include Government, Financial Services, Insurance and Banking.
Candidates must be based in Riyadh and be an Arabic speaker to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by effectively prospecting and qualifying leads.
- Build technical and business content for proposals, liaising with the Sales Engineering team.
- Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations.
- Conduct effective sales presentations, negotiations contracts, terms, conditions, and follow-up activities to win new business.
- Ensuring that sales and business development targets are met.
- Organizing sales visits with both new and existing clients across your chosen business line.
- Manage existing client’s portfolio, exploring cross-sell and upgrade opportunities.
- Attend industry events, conferences, meetings, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and promote business product offerings.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven experience working within Business Development/Sales within the technology sector, ideally selling SaaS based solutions to Enterprise level clients (e.g. Government, Financial Services, Insurance & Banking).
- Proven track record of success in business development and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, showing the ability to up-sell and spot opportunities at any time.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Outstanding multi-tasking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Salary: Competitive, plus variable commission component.
