Cluster Senior Brand Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
We’re seeking a talented Senior Brand Manager with a passion for marketing and leadership experience to join our team. You’ll be responsible to contribute to shaping the brand strategy at cluster level in line with the MENA brand and category strategy, building plans for the cluster, and driving superior brand engagement initiatives. Your leadership skills and marketing expertise will be essential for delivering flawless execution and driving measurable results, while also providing guidance and mentorship to direct report(s) if applicable.
A DAY IN THE LIFE…
- Develop & drive the implementation of brand & portfolio strategy in the cluster and identify local sizable opportunities, that align with the overall business objectives & MENA brand and category strategy.
- Master knowing the local consumer & shoppers while also Identifying market trends to feed into the cluster and regional strategy.
- Lead the cluster annual brand plans development during the ICP by closely working with Cluster CDT and other stakeholders. Remain agile to adapt the plans in a changed context to deliver the category and brand ambition.
- Lead on local campaigns, working on the end-to-end from briefing to post-launch evaluation to ensure consistency by following the brand guidelines & alignment to ensure ONE BRAND external impact and building.
- Contribute to the development of multi-cluster campaigns led by the regional team by providing cluster specific input & opportunities including media planning & finalization.
- Track & analyze brand performance, brand health tracking, market share analysis, post comms evaluation highlighting gaps and providing recommendations and action plans.
- Manage cluster PFME, including forecasting, tracking, reporting, and optimizing brand spend.
- Provide inputs to business cases and lead the delivery and deployment of the launch in the respective cluster for multi-clusters I&R. Act as the Marketing Lead on the end-to-end launch for cluster I2L in alignment with the I2L governance.
- Collaborate with cluster CDT to finalize the promotional strategy in the cluster ensuring positive SPPE, healthy promotional contribution and flawless execution.
- Actively participate in the monthly review with regional team and clusters for inspiration, learnings, and action plans.
What will make you successful…
- 6-8 years of brand management experience in consumer-packaged goods.
- Experience in identifying growth opportunities & shaping strategies.
- Proven Experience in brand building and communication development covering both online and offline touchpoints.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, 1-2 years’ experience in digital is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of P&L drivers and value chain.
- Solid experience in leading product launches and renovations with cross-functional teams.
