Job Description:
Promoting compliance and awareness | Developing and managing the implementation of the compliance plans Drafting policies, protocols and procedures for revenue cycle issues Reviewing revenue cycle policies and procedures for consistency with practices and communications Proactively educating employees regarding all revenue management compliance regulations Ensuring compliance with new rules, regulations, and revisions, as set forth by the facility/SEHA as well as other regulatory bodies that govern matters related to revenue cycle Contributing to the annual compliance audit plan and overseeing the components related to the facility revenue cycle Documenting external regulatory investigations and audits related to revenue cycle compliance |
Responsibilities
Project Management | Project Leadership and Management: -Lead and oversee RCM projects from initiation through implementation and evaluation. – Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. – Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Strategic Planning and Execution: – Develop strategies to enhance revenue cycle performance and streamline processes – Analyse current RCM processes and identify areas for improvement. – Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize revenue and reduce cycle time. |
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, health information management, or any relevant field OR Diploma in relevant field with 3 years of additional experience.
Specialist Certifications: PMP/Project Management certification
