Job Title:

Sales Support Officer

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree OR Minimum 16 years of formal education.

Experience:

1. Aviation experience preferred.
2. GDS experience

Responsibilities:

1. Generate promotional bookings.
2. Coordinate with agencies.
3. Groups dealing.
4. Provide troubleshooting assistance for travel agents regarding account statuses and relevant problems.
5. Tele sales calls to create lead and opportunity.
6. To circulate market-based and information-based updates in market.
7. Voucher generation, monitoring and record updating.
8. Redemption of vouchers sent by sales office after proper evaluation of flight load.
9. Deal with refunds on daily basis and clearance of manual refunds.
10. Manage sales tracking tools.
11. Daily report on weekly loads, no-show ratios, groups performance.
12. Maintain logs and handle ADMs and ACMs.
13. Promotions related record verification.
14. Provide data and guidance to the Marketing Executives.

Job Requirements:

1. Acceptable understanding of MS Office especially MS Excel and MS Word.
2. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
3. Fluent in English, both, written and verbal.
