A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Sales Manager for their Dubai office.

Key aspects of the role include:

Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in North Africa.
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

Science-related degree.
Proven experience in a similar role within the Medical Devices Industry.
Must have diagnostic experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French.
Good decision-making skill, great problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
