Job Title:
Sales Manager – Corporate Services
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve aggressive growth.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with corporate clients.
- Manage key client accounts and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer relationship management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Proven track record / sales portfolio in similar industries .
- Minimum 3 years UAE company formation / corporate services experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
