Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
This is an inside sales position designed to provide qualified applicants an opportunity to learn valuable knowledge in a hands-on manner, supporting our sales teams with their sales process.
You will be working with the Sales and operations team, on day-to-day basis to issue quotations and coordinate the flow of work with the various groups. This will provide the opportunity for you to learn about new technologies, develop or enhance your skills, and make significant contributions to NOV.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create Sales Quotes based on customer s requirements including Regular follow-ups on status
• Maintain/Update Quotation Log on timely manner
• Maintain/Update Pricelists for all customers for price comparison/analysis
• Maintain records of past Proposals/POs/Contracts within the period stipulated in the company manual
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations for manufacturing and servicing completion/delivery dates
• Review and set up new customers
• Maintain/Update Registration on various customers ERP systems, etc.
• Maintain/Update weekly Sales/Ops backlog meeting and issue minutes
• Coordinate with customers for order collection
• Providing order updates to customer
• Resolve customer order issues
• Weekly/Monthly analysis on the Accounts Receivable (included in the Weekly Sales Meeting)
• Perform other related duties as assigned
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
• The candidate for this role should be a self-starter and driver to ensure timely deliveries and communication with our customers.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Engineering (Mechanical/Petroleum), Sales & Business Development
• 3+ years of relevant experience preferably from oilfield services or similar industry
• JDE experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Works well in multicultural environment
• High level of motivation and drive to deliver positive results
