Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Tele sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Train new team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field.
- Proven experience as a tele sales team leader or similar role in the Chinese market.
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve targets.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.\
