Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the car care products being sold.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
- Generate leads and actively pursue new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits of the car care products.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Keep track of inventory and ensure product availability.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints or inquiries in a timely manner.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of a Graduate / Diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the car care products industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving long distances.
