Job Description:

Synopsis:

Manage design, development, and implementation of custom solutions using available technology tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, design efficient solutions, and deliver high-quality applications that automate processes, improve efficiency, and drive business value for Sales & Distribution.

Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs, then design and implement efficient solutions to improve efficiencies.
  • Utilise automation platforms like Power Automate to integrate various tools and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and productivity across departments.
  • Document technical specifications and development processes for future reference and/or training when implemented.
  • Deliver services and solutions for the department using PowerApps, SharePoint and Power Automate.
  • Coordinate, monitor and maintain the Etihad hub content on the platform to ensure it is accurate, up to date, as this is the repository of information for trade.
  • Automate and manage sales related distribution ensuring that the correct target audience is reached, monitor insights and provide regular updates via bespoke communication reports.
  • Take ownership the Sales & distribution SharePoint site including content and accesses, ensuring that all sales & distribution related content is uploaded to the SharePoint site and maintained accordingly.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of Five (5) years of experience with Power Apps/Power Automate and/or
  • Bachelors in computer science preferred
  • Experience developing solutions with sales automation tools is required
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar Content Management System (CMS) is desired
  • Experience with other Microsoft technologies, such as SharePoint, Power BI, and Teams
  • Strong customer service skills, and the ability to collaborate and work within a cross-functional team.
  • Experience in Adobe – Analytics, Qualtrics or equivalent technologies is a plus
