Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and prospect for new clients through various sales techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering questions and resolving issues.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer retention.
- Understand clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies.
- Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales and minimum 5 years of experience in UAE.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, coverage options, and claims processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Housewife / female candidates with UAE experience prefer.
